Lawyer Filippo Siano

Filippo graduated in Law from the State University of Milan. He has been a subject matter expert at the chair of commercial law at Milan State University. After working with Grimaldi Clifford Chance, then Grimaldi e Associati, he is a partner at Pedersoli e Associati. Since 2007 he has been practicing independently. He specializes in corporate law: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, real estate transactions and extraordinary transactions in general. He also advises in the areas of corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and general corporate consulting. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Floriani Foundation and the Board of Directors of the Borgogna Study Center. He is Civil Law Division Coordinator of Borgogna Legal and Vice President of Agora Borgogna.
