Giulia Escurolle is a lawyer, adjunct professor in IT criminal law at the Polytechnic of Milan and PhD in criminal law. She is a teaching tutor in the Cybersecurity and Privacy Preservation Techniques course at the Department of Economics of the University of Milan and an expert on the subject in Legal IT at the University of Milan.

Giulia has gained significant experience in the compliance field, dealing with extrajudicial assistance in the field of Legislative Decree. 231/01 and in the Data protection field, I cover the role of Supervisory Body and Data protection Officer in numerous public and private companies.

She is the author of numerous publications and speaker at conferences on compliance issues, including at an international level.

Founder of the firm, Criminal Lawyer. Fabrizio graduated in Law from the University of Palermo in 2001 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2004. Fabrizio gained more than a decade of professional experience with Italian and international clients at a leading Milanese criminal law firm, specializing in corporate law, from which he later broke away to found his own firm in 2011.

He advises and provides legal assistance in the areas of corporate, bankruptcy, tax, environmental, construction, computer, against the Public Administration, against the person and related to accident prevention violations, as well as in the area of administrative liability of legal persons. In the course of his career, he has followed numerous court cases related to the investigations and criminal trials of the most important so-called White Collar Crimes that took place in the national territory. For several years he has gained deep experience in the world of corporate compliance, with particular reference to the issues referred to Administrative Responsibility of Entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001), GDPR and anti-money laundering compliance, as well as assistance in the path to obtaining the legality rating.

Fabrizio is President of the Centro Studi Borgogna (www.centrostudiborgogna.it), a legal laboratory he established in 2017 in order to foster the study of law from an interdisciplinary perspective, offering a space for common discussion among lawyers, magistrates, businesses, public administration and representatives of civil society. He is contact person for the Criminal Law and Administrative Responsibility of Entities (Legislative Decree No. 231/2001) Observatories of the Legal Portal Norme & Tributi Plus Diritto, of Il Sole24Ore. In 2017 he founded Agora Borgogna, Cultural Association, where he now serves as Ceo & Director. In 2020 he founded Borgogna | The House of Mind, a network of professionals, with a strong international vocation, to respond to the needs of an increasingly connected and Worldwide clientele, using innovative and technological tools applied not only to the field of legal advice but more generally to global thinking and future generation.

Chiara graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2023 and joined the firm in March 2023. Since the beginning, she has mainly worked on commercial and bankruptcy criminal law as well as tax criminal law.

Occasionally, she also collaborates in extrajudicial assistance activities in the field of Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as in advisory activities in the field of Privacy-European Reg. 2016/679 “GDPR Privacy.”
