Lawyer Marco Giannone

Marco graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2013 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2016. As part of his professional experience, Marco has worked mainly on White Collar Crimes focusing on corporate criminal law, tax criminal law, banking criminal law, environmental criminal law and construction criminal law.

Marco is co-head of the Criminal Department, together with the Founder of the Firm, and in recent years he has, as well, gained extensive experience in the area of administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001, both in and out of court, dealing with the preparation of Organization, Management and Control Models as well as their application as a member of Supervisory Boards of leading Italian and multinational Companies. Marco writes contributions (regulatory update articles and judgment notes) for Norme & Tributi Plus Diritto, Legal Portal of Il Sole 24 Ore.

Lawyer Marco Dallavalle

Marco Dallavalle was born in Piacenza on Dec. 30, 1964, and graduated in Law from the University of Parma in 1988. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association, and is qualified to practice before the Superior Courts.

He was a founding partner of one of the most important law firms specializing in food law.

Lawyer Dallavalle offers legal assistance and advice to companies on food law, environmental law and issues related to occupational safety (D.L.vo 81/08), as well as for the implementation and application of regulations on the administrative responsibility of entities (D.L.vo 231/01) and for the study and preparation of delegation of functions in the corporate sphere.

He has published articles on food law in various legal and industry journals. He was the author of the introduction to the “Food” entry of “The Environmental Code” by Stefano Maglia and Maurizio Santoloci and co-author, together with the above-mentioned, of the “Food and Beverage Code” both published by La Tribuna Publishing House – Piacenza.

As a lecturer, he has taught courses on food law addressed to professionals in the sector at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Milan and corporate training courses.

As a speaker, he frequently participates in conferences on food law organized by public bodies and sector organizations.

Lawyer Giulia Escurolle

Giulia Escurolle is a lawyer, adjunct professor in IT criminal law at the Polytechnic of Milan and PhD in criminal law. She is a teaching tutor in the Cybersecurity and Privacy Preservation Techniques course at the Department of Economics of the University of Milan and an expert on the subject in Legal IT at the University of Milan.

Giulia has gained significant experience in the compliance field, dealing with extrajudicial assistance in the field of Legislative Decree. 231/01 and in the Data protection field, I cover the role of Supervisory Body and Data protection Officer in numerous public and private companies.

She is the author of numerous publications and speaker at conferences on compliance issues, including at an international level.

Founder of the firm, Criminal Lawyer. Fabrizio graduated in Law from the University of Palermo in 2001 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2004.
